Designed to contribute to the professional development of future academic leaders, this four-course sequence is designed to inform
doctoral students about conceptual issues related to leadership, the organization and
administration of higher education in the United States, and the contemporary challenges facing
college and university leaders in the 21st century. These 0-credit courses will meet for 120 minutes during most weeks of the semester, will appear on the transcript, but will not receive degree credit or incur additional fees. Some readings will be required, along with attendance and participation. Further information on the
