It is divided into three main modules, which move in progression from developing a macrolevel understanding of federal, state, and local policies for raising revenues and distributing expenditures for public schooling to more local, microlevel financial planning, including both short-run and long-range financial planning. Each module will culminate in the preparation and presentation of student group projects.
