Donald Morgan is the director of the Psychological Services Clinic at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology and teaches in the clinical program. After completing an internship at New York University-Bellevue, he was a National Institute of Health postdoctoral fellow at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He served as a consultant to Overlook Hospital's Department of Cardiology and developed its first integrative stress management group program. Dr. Morgan's work is influenced by postdoctoral training in yoga and Eastern studies, hypnosis and self-regulation practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and he holds a certificate in psychoanalysis. His research background includes psychophysiological studies of hypnosis, attention, and pain control; he is currently working with biofeedback and neurofeedback in clinical research.
