Policy on Warning Notices

Warning notices are routinely issued by the Graduate School-Camden to students who have received a C grade or below in a class. As per the Graduate School-Camden Academic Policy and rules regarding Good Academic Standing, students must not accumulate more than three C/C+'s as graduate students, and must have an average GPA of 3.0 when applying for graduation.

These warning notices also help to notify students of potential stipulations that may affect their international or employment status, which can be directly tied to their status as students.

Students who do not receive these warning notices must still be diligent about reviewing their transcripts and maintaining good academic standing; lack of notice is not grounds for appealing stipulations of failing to maintain good academic standing or violating Academic Policy.
