The Master of Accountancy degree program has two tracks: the Accountant Track for those with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and the Transition Track for those switching to a career in Accounting without a bachelor's degree in the field of Accounting.
Students must complete a total of 30
credits (10 courses) to satisfy graduation requirements.

M.Acc. Degree Requirements:

Core and elective courses required:
Accountant Track students are required to take at least five courses (15 credits) from the MAcc curriculum. Transition Track students are required to take the following six core curriculum courses (18 credits):

Elective Courses required:
Depending on the track (see above) 12 or 15
credits (four to five (4 to 5)) courses offered through the Rutgers School of
Business-Camden MAcc, MSBA, MSF, or online MBA or graduate certificate programs
can count towards electives (subject to prerequisites). Contact a School
