IN (Incomplete). When the fieldwork assignment is incomplete, the director of field education may elect to assign a grade of IN.
P/F (Pass/Fail). Fieldwork courses use the nonnumerical grades of pass or fail.
TF (Temporary).
TF is
used for all incomplete and temporary grades. Temporary grades are
given at the discretion of the instructor when the student has not
properly completed the coursework requirements due to extenuating
circumstances. If a student does not complete the course requirements,
the TF grade will change to an F.
W (Withdrawal). Used when a student officially drops a course or withdraws after the add/drop period through the first 12 weeks of the semester. No course may be dropped after the 12th week of the semester.
