A form entitled Graduate Diploma Application (Application for
an Advanced Degree), obtainable from the registrar, must be completed
and the form submitted by each candidate as follows:
For diploma dated Submit form by
October October 2
January
January 2
May
April 2
Unless the form is submitted at the
appropriate time by the candidate, the degree will not be conferred and
graduation will be deferred, in some cases by as much as one year.
If, after filing the application, a candidate is unable to complete the
degree requirements by the end of the term specified, another
application must be filed.
