Global Executive Online M.P.A. Program

The global executive online master of public administration (GEOMPA) degree program is designed for practicing professionals and managers with at least seven years of public, nonprofit, or relevant private sector experience. The GEOMPA provides seasoned managers and professionals with opportunities to prepare for leadership roles in their organizations. The GEOMPA curriculum reflects the core required courses of the traditional M.P.A. program, but the GEOMPA program is tailored to emphasize current and future global administrative trends with a focus on cross-cultural leadership, comparative analysis, and strategic management. Students accepted into the GEOMPA join a cohort group that completes the curriculum together over a two-year period, with students from all over the world completing all ten online courses together.

The GEOMPA leads to an M.P.A. degree accredited by the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration and the International Commission on Accreditation of Public Administration Education and Training.

For more information about the GEOMPA program, please check the School of Public Affairs and Administration's website at https://spaa.newark.rutgers.edu/geompa.
