The School of Management and Labor Relations offers a master of human resource management (M.H.R.M.) degree and a master of labor and employment relations (M.L.E.R.) degree. These programs are designed for students preparing for careers as human resource or employment relations specialists in the corporate or public sector. The school also offers programs that allow students to complete a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in five years of full-time study. Students enrolled in the industrial relations and human resources (I.R.H.R.) doctoral program are eligible to receive the master of science degree.
