38:578:556  Employee Involvement and New Work Organization (3)

38:578:560  Collective Bargaining (3)

38:578:570  Interest Dispute Settlement (3)

38:578:575  Grievance Processes and Arbitration (3)

Grades must be B or better to count toward the certificate. With the approval of the master in labor and employment relations credit director, special topics courses relevant to the public sector or other 38:578 courses may be applied toward the certificate.
