Rutgers Institute on Corruption Studies (RICS)

The School of Criminal Justice, within which the Rutgers Institute on Corruption Studies (RICS) operates, has pioneered many techniques in crime prevention, and these prevention mechanisms can be applied to combating corruption. The School of Criminal Justice has globally recognized experts who lead, educate, conduct research, and work with government, business, and the community to reduce crime. Their skills and techniques can be applied to the combating of corruption.

Rutgers faculty are well connected globally and have strong working links with key international organizations, such as the United Nations, which has recently promulgated the UN Convention Against Corruption. This new institute is well placed to study how to strengthen these activities and to make a difference.

For more information on RICS, please visit our website at Rutgers Institute on Corruption Studies (RICS).
