The School of Criminal Justice and the Graduate School-Newark
require that students remain in continuous registration from the time
they are admitted until their degrees are earned. The policy applies
only to the regular academic year, not Summer Session.
Summer
classes may not count toward criminal justice degree requirements.
Students wishing to take summer classes should seek approval from the
graduate program director or the associate dean for academic and
student services. To enroll in courses offered in the summer,
students may register online as specified in the Summer Session
catalog. This catalog is usually available mid-February from the Office
of the Registrar, Room 208, Blumenthal Hall, 249 University Avenue,
Newark, NJ 07102.
