Core Courses (12 credits)



The following four core content courses are required of all degree candidates:

    17:194:510  Communication and Society (3) - offered each fall
    17:194:511  Organizational Communication (3) - offered each spring
    17:194:512  Mediated Communication (3) - offered each spring
    17:194:514  Communication Research (3) - offered each fall

In addition, students must register each semester during the program of study for

     17:194:500  MCIS Colloquium (0)

and attend at least one M.C.I.S.-sponsored or -approved colloquium or workshop for each course taken each semester.
