Minor Requirements



Students who are not enrolled in a Rutgers Business School: Undergraduate-Newark major but who wish to minor in accounting, business administration, business of fashion, entrepreneurship, marketing, or real estate must meet the following criteria:

1. a 2.5 grade-point average

2. completed 56 degree credits

3. prerequisites for courses they take

4. completed College Algebra and English Composition I and II


If you are a Rutgers Business School student, you are not eligible to minor in accounting, business administration, business of fashion, entrepreneurship, marketing, or real estate.


Accounting Minor

 

The accounting minor requirements are:

Business Administration Minor

The basic business skills courses are specialized versions of our existing business core courses. Students may substitute the relevant business core courses for any of the basic business skills courses.

Finance for Entrepreneurs and Small Business (29:382:203) can be replaced with Finance (29:390:329)

Marketing for Entrepreneurs and Small Business (29:382:202) can be replaced with Introduction to Marketing (29:630:301)
