Academic Program Requirements

Rutgers Business School: Undergraduate-Newark (RBS) offers six majors leading to the bachelor of science (B.S.) degree: accounting (010), finance (390), leadership and management (620), management science and information systems (625), marketing (630); and supply chain management (799). RBS students may also declare a concentration in business of fashion, entrepreneurship, global business, leadership, management science and information systems, real estate, sales, or supply chain management.

RBS students  must complete course requirements in five broad areas:

  1. Core curriculum requirements
  2. RBS prerequisite core requirement
  3. Business curriculum core requirement
  4. Major core requirements 
  5. Elective requirement in order to complete a total of 120 credits
