Students develop problem-solving skills in research environments, learn to communicate research to diverse audiences, and build confidence in the social environment of research.

11:554:347 Environmental Photography (4) Lecture/laboratory course that emphasizes the development of skills necessary for the production of photographic documents on environmental themes while exposing students to the history and traditions of photographic documentation in science and art. Students are required to provide their own digital camera, preferably with camera raw capability. Lec. 3 hrs., lab. 3 hrs.
