The noncertification minor in education offered by the Graduate School of Education allows students the opportunity to study a wide variety of important educational issues. It is open to all undergraduates, regardless of major, and is appropriate for undergraduates who are interested in the social sciences associated with the field: the history, sociology, philosophy, and psychology of education and schooling. All students completing the minor will gain valuable knowledge that will be helpful to them in their roles as citizens, parents, and in whatever occupations they choose.
