The bilingual-bicultural endorsement program is designed for
individuals who possess a permanent New Jersey standard certificate.
All applicants must apply directly to the language education master's
program and be accepted. Candidates then have the choice of leaving the
program after completing the 18 credits for the bilingual-bicultural
endorsement or completing the degree.
