Dean's List.
The dean's list recognizes current academic achievement. The list is published at the end of each semester for full-time students. Full-time students are eligible if they have completed 12 or more credits for numerical grade credit with a semester grade-point average of 3.5 or better.
School of Nursing Academic Achievement Award.
Awarded to a graduating student who demonstrates consistent, outstanding performance in the classroom and clinical setting.
The Elizabeth Crowther Boehret Nursing Scholarship.
Established by Professor Alice C. Boehret in memory of her beloved mother. Dr. Boehret developed the baccalaureate nursing program at the Rutgers-Camden Campus and served as the founding chair of the nursing department.
Pat Orrino Memorial Scholarship Award.
Established by friends and associates of Pat Orrino to provide scholarship assistance for students studying nursing at Rutgers-Camden. Awarded to one senior and one junior student based on financial need.
The Joseph and Loretta Lopez Endowed Scholarship.
Established by Joseph and Loretta Lopez in demonstration of their commitment to the continued success of Rutgers University-Camden.
Janice Camishion-Piccone Award. Awarded to a student demonstrating academic excellence.
Mary Camishion-Malone Memorial Award. Awarded to a student who exemplifies outstanding humanitarian qualities.
Nancy Camishion Memorial Award. Awarded to a registered nurse advanced placement student who has demonstrated academic achievement and an interest in oncology nursing.
Rutgers-Camden Alumni Award for Leadership.
To the student with outstanding community and campus involvement.
New Jersey State Nurses' Association Region #5 Leadership Award. Students must apply individually.
New Jersey State Nurses' Association Region #6 Award. Students must apply individually.
Additional awards and honors for academic and clinical excellence are awarded during ceremonies at the conclusion of the program.
