The Dean of Students Office provides supportive services, advocacy, and
education in an effort to ensure students to be successful both
personally and academically. The Dean of Students Office also responds
to student emergencies and crisis situations and serves as a resource to
faculty and staff who have concerns about students. More information about the services provided can be found on the

The Dean of Students Office also handles CARES requests, which are the primary method by which students can indicate that they are experiencing hardships or obstacles to their education. These may include sudden emergencies, emotional turmoil, and more. As dedicated reporters, staff at the Graduate School-Camden are required to work with the Dean of Students Office to accommodate such CARES requests, and both offices work hard to ensure all students feel supported.
