Executive master of public administration (E.M.P.A.) students are required to complete 30 to 42 hours of coursework, depending on the number of professional credits awarded based on experience. Transfer credits from another master's degree may also be used to qualify for the E.M.P.A degree.
All E.M.P.A students must maintain a grade-point average of at least 3.0.
