Certificate in Public Sector Labor-Management Relations


This four-course certificate program helps students develop a broad perspective on public sector labor-management relations issues--involving teachers, Rutgers University employees, police officers, and other public employees. Students in this certificate program must take either Public Sector Employment Issues or Public Sector Collective Bargaining (or both). They can then select two-three additional classes from the following:
