Qualifying Examination


The Qualifying Examination tests students' basic competencies. The student is tested in the three areas that comprise the curriculum: Research Methods and Statistics, Crime and Criminology, and Law and Criminal Justice. The format is an essay-type examination, and the purpose is to test basic working familiarity with concepts in the field of criminal justice.
