Using online technology in educational settings is a certificate
program offered entirely online and designed for librarians, teachers,
and other K-16 professionals who want to explore the use of online
technology in their classrooms and media centers. The five
courses in the program include: Creating and Managing Educational Web Sites
Online Information Resources for Learning and Teaching
Legal and Ethical Issues in Online Learning and Teaching
Online Technology Tools for Educators
Current Issues and Research in Educational Technology
You may take these courses individually without pursuing a certificate if you meet our admissions requirements.
You
may enroll in our online technology courses if you hold a
bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or its equivalent
from a foreign college. To earn graduate credit for these classes, you
must apply and be admitted to Rutgers as a nondegree graduate student.
