The Rutgers Business School: Graduate Programs-Newark and New Brunswick (RBS) executive master of business administration program focuses primarily on the real-world aspects of business management and is designed for individuals with at least 10 years of employment.

The highly regarded and globally ranked 20-month program is comprised of four semesters with courses conducted from early September through May. Classes are held on alternating Fridays and Saturdays on the Newark campus. Each semester commences with a week in residence at Dolce in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. An international management trip (10 days in duration) to Beijing and Shanghai takes place during the summer in June between the first and second year of the program.
