Rutgers Business School's part-time M.B.A. program is now a 49-credit program, effective fall 2018. The part-time M.B.A. student must carry a part-time load of up to 11-credits per semester. The part-time M.B.A. program is an excellent option for professionals who wish to further their career but want to continue working while earning their M.B.A. degree. Bloomberg Businessweek recently ranked Rutgers ninth in the Mid-Atlantic region for its part-time M.B.A. program.
This 49-credit M.B.A. program is offered completely in Newark and New Brunswick with satellite locations in Jersey City and Morristown, New Jersey. These convenient locations in state-of-the-art facilities along with online course options make obtaining a Rutgers M.B.A. realistic for working professionals.
The only courses not open to part-time M.B.A. students are the traditional full-time M.B.A. cohort core courses. The part-time M.B.A. program is different from the full-time M.B.A. program in the total number of credits required for the degree and also for each concentration.
