Students who have already taken courses comparable to the required core courses and did not receive advanced standing may petition the department chair through the Rutgers Business School: Newark and New Brunswick (RBS) Office of Graduate Student Services to substitute advanced RBS courses. Substituting courses for the purpose of receiving advanced standing is not permitted. Approval is not automatic. Please check the Core Course Substitution List.
