The New Brunswick-based doctor of medicine/master of business administration (M.D./M.B.A.) program, which is a collaborative effort with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, is designed to provide medical students with the knowledge and skills necessary for positions in the health care industry that require expertise in both the medical and economic aspects of health care. Students earn both the M.D. degree and the M.B.A. degree during the course of a five-year program. As a dual-degree program, students fulfill all academic requirements for each degree.

Note: students must have already been admitted to either medical school prior to applying to the M.D./M.B.A. program.
