Applications for the Newark College of Arts and Sciences and University College-Newark may be obtained online at http://admissions.newark.rutgers.edu. The admissions office requires all prospective students to use the online application. If students find they need assistance with completing the online application, they may visit the Rutgers University-Newark Office of Admissions located in Engelhard Hall, 190 University Avenue, Newark, NJ 07102, or call 973-353-5205 and an admissions staff member will provide guidance. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
