Courses coded from 100 to 299 indicate introductory and intermediate undergraduate courses. Codes from 300 to 499 indicate advanced undergraduate courses. Courses coded from 500 to 799 are graduate courses and are described in the graduate catalogs of the university.
Two course codes separated by a comma indicates that each semester course may be taken independently of the other, e.g., 29:630:498,499. Two course codes separated by a hyphen indicates that satisfactory completion of the first semester course is a prerequisite to the second semester, e.g., 29:010:201-202. The first semester may be taken for credit without the second, unless a statement is added to indicate that both semester courses must be completed in order to receive credit.
