Requests for official transcripts are accepted only from the student concerned. Requests can be made electronically at https://www.acs.rutgers.edu/transcripts/, in person, or by writing to the Office of the Registrar, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, 249 University Avenue, Newark, NJ 07102. There is no fee for official transcripts. Transcripts are issued neither for students with outstanding financial obligations to the university nor for students for whom a disciplinary charge is pending resolution and who have failed to respond to those charges.
