A wide variety of academic programs are offered by the
School of Nursing. The baccalaureate program is offered on both the
Rutgers University–Newark and Rutgers University–New Brunswick campuses. Through a partnership with
Camden County College (CCC), courses in the baccalaureate program are offered
on site at the CCC-Blackwood campus for those admitted into the
CCC/Rutgers School of Nursing program. The R.N. to B.S. in nursing program and
the school nurse certificate program are offered online. A master's of
science (M.S.N.) in leadership, informatics, midwifery, and Clinical Nurse
Leadership (CNL®), and the doctor of nursing practice (D.N.P.) degree
programs are offered on the Newark Campus and online. The doctor of philosophy
(Ph.D.) in nursing degree program is offered through the Graduate School-Newark
and the doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) in urban systems is offered through a joint program with the
School of Nursing, the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Rutgers.
