Minor in Human Resource Management

Students who are in good academic standing are eligible to declare the human resource management (HRM) minor through either the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University-New Brunswick or through the school they have been matriculated into. The minor consists of 18 credits in human resource management and must include 37:533:301 Introduction to Human Resource Management, four courses from the concentration, and one elective course from the potential electives offered by the School of Management and Labor Relations. Substitution of courses is not allowed.

Students will be required to complete six undergraduate HR courses, offered by the School of Management and Labor Relations, with a grade of C or better.
