Degree Requirements

The School of Environmental and Biological Sciences is unique within the university system. As a professional school, the school is engaged in the land-grant mission of educational scholarship designed to develop knowledge and skills that will enable students and the public to address challenges facing society in the areas of food, the environment, natural resources, and agriculture. The school's undergraduate and graduate programs are designed to promote the study of these challenges by integrating the natural and physical sciences with the social sciences and humanities and by using conceptual frameworks that explore human interactions with the earth's system.
