Degrees are conferred by Rutgers on the recommendation of the faculty of the Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick only at the annual commencement in May. Students completing degree requirements in October or January may obtain a certificate attesting to their completion of degree requirements from the university registrar provided they have filed a Diploma Information Card. Diplomas will be withheld from all students whose financial accounts are delinquent.
