A minor in Spanish consists of a minimum of 18 credits of courses given in the Spanish language completed with a grade of C or better in each course. Whenever courses are taught in a language other than Spanish, they will count for the Spanish minor if all written work is done in Spanish. Of the 18 credits, 9 credits must be in literature in Spanish (940), and 9 credits must be taken at the 300 level or above. All minor programs must be approved by a departmental adviser.
