Academic Advising

Students are urged to consult a college academic adviser when they plan their academic program. The SCILS dean's office can provide general advising on the school's admission policy. The department chairpersons and any other member of the school's faculty can provide specific advising concerning the planning and development of a student's academic program for the specific SCILS major. During the academic year, the Department of Communication also has peer advisers available to assist students. The student must assume full responsibility for satisfying the academic requirements of SCILS.
