Withdrawal. Students may withdraw from the college with grades of W through the twelfth week of the term. Students wishing to withdraw must obtain the signatures of an academic dean, student services dean, and the Office of Financial Aid (if applicable) and then submit a completed withdrawal form to the university registrar.
Readmission. Students who interrupt their registration in the college for whatever reason may seek readmission in the Office of Academic Services. Students who have been dismissed because of poor academic performance may be asked to improve their average in the Rutgers-New Brunswick Summer Session before they are considered for readmission. Students usually are not readmitted after a second dismissal action. Readmission applications must be submitted by December 1 for the spring term and August 1 for the fall term.
