The interdisciplinary minor in science, technology, and society (STS)
provides a structure for learning about science and technology-their
conceptual foundations, their history, their interaction with each
other, the social context of their development, and their impact on
people and societies- as a way of understanding contemporary public
issues. For further information about the program and a list of
additional faculty and staff associated with the STS program, contact
the program director.
