The Center for
Race and Ethnicity organizes a wide range of panels, lectures, film screenings,
forums, and conferences that promote interdisciplinary engagement with issues of
race and ethnicity in the state, the region, and the world. With an
audience that includes students and educators as well as the wider community,
the center highlights the expertise of Rutgers scholars from a variety of
specialties by drawing them into a collective conversation about issues of
contemporary culture and public policy.
