Nondiscrimination Policy

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal law prohibiting discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance. Title IX covers all programs of a college or school that receives federal financial assistance for academics, extracurricular activities, and athletics. Students with inquiries concerning compliance not associated with intercollegiate athletics should be directed to Donald C.
