is given only for economics department courses in which a student
receives a grade of C or better.
Degree candidates seeking certification of a minor field must fill out the required form and file it along with the Notice of Degree Candidacy. A minor in economics consists of at least 21 appropriate credits taught in the Department of Economics. Students planning to pursue a Ph.D. are advised to take Unified Calculus (640:121 and 122), Linear Algebra (640:250), and Mathematical Economics (220:391).
