The master of physical therapy degree is offered concurrently with the doctor of physical therapy program from UMDNJ-SHRP. Students must complete 110 credits in order to earn both degrees. Students must comply with all program policies while enrolled and assume costs for scheduled clinical internships. Students must complete an acceptable capstone project under the direction of a faculty adviser and perform satisfactorily on a comprehensive examination. Students must complete all scheduled clinical internships and required medical examinations. The program plan is as follows:
