The Graduate Nurse Alliance (GNA) was formalized in 1984 and is open to
all enrolled master`s students. Students are expected to participate.
The stated purposes of the GNA are to provide a medium of exchange
between faculty and graduate students; to ensure graduate student
representation on designated faculty committees; to advocate student
participation in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation;
and to act as a liaison with the Graduate School-Newark student
government.
