Graduate Diploma Application

A graduate Diploma Application Form is available online at https://www.ugadmissions.rutgers.edu/DIPLOMA/Login.aspx  and information is available at http://nbregistrar.rutgers.edu/grad/gradip.htm for students who are on track to complete their degree requirements.

A graduate diploma application (Application for an Advanced Degree), obtainable from the registrar, must be completed and the form submitted by each candidate as follows:
  • October diploma - October 1;
  • January diploma - January 4;
  • May diploma - March 15.
Unless the form is submitted at the appropriate time by the candidate, the degree will not be conferred and graduation will be deferred. If, after filing the application, a candidate is unable to complete the degree requirements by the end of the semester specified, another diploma application must be filed for another semester.
