- M.P.H., M.S.-health outcomes, policy, and economics degree (HOPE), and certificate applicants for spring deadline: (to begin in January)
- October 15 (Applications will continue to be received after October 15 on a space-available basis.)
- M.P.H., M.S.-Biostatistics, M.S.-HOPE, and certificate applicants for fall deadline:
(to begin in September)
- Priority Deadline: January 15 for consideration of any scholarship opportunities.
(Applications will continue to be received until May 1 on a space-available basis.)
- Doctoral applicants for fall deadline: (to begin in September)
- December 1 (Doctoral applications are only accepted for fall.)
