Transfer Admissions

Transfer Student

The Office of Enrollment Management provides transfer counseling services in addition to providing information on the various health-related programs available at the School of Health Professions.

Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is affiliated with several two- and four-year colleges to ensure that students seamlessly transition to SHP through academic advising, transfer evaluating, on-site transfer days, and other support services.

Transfer Credit

Transfer credit evaluations are based on NJ Transfer guidelines. Transfer credits are accepted from accredited institutions. Transfer credit evaluations can be performed before matriculation to SHP.

Contact the Office of Enrollment Management to meet with an SHP admission counselor to learn more about our school, explore different career options, and have your transcript(s) evaluated.

Transfer Evaluations

Based on the various articulation agreements across the state of New Jersey, many of your general education and prerequisite credits may be eligible for transfer. We will accept a maximum of 60-64 general education credits (based on the requirements for program of study).

Transfer evaluations are initiated by the Office of Enrollment Management once a student has been accepted for admissions. Please visit SHP Core Curriculum Requirements.

Please visit the admissions page to learn more about our undergraduate programs and application requirements.
