Diploma Application



In order to be considered for candidacy, a student must complete a Diploma Application online at the New Brunswick registrar's website. The forms must
be submitted as follows:

For diploma datedSubmit form by
OctoberOctober 1
JanuaryJanuary 4
 May or JuneMarch 15

Unless the form is submitted at the appropriate time by the candidate, the degree is not conferred and graduation consideration is deferred in some cases by as much as a year until the next degree date for which the candidate files a timely application.

If, after filing the application, a candidate is unable to complete the degree requirements by the end of the semester for the degree date specified, another application must be filed.
