A provisional grade is either an incomplete (IN) or temporary (T) grade. Students whose records bear two or more provisional grades in credit-bearing courses are not permitted to register for subsequent semesters. Acting for the department, the chair will disallow the registration of any student with multiple provisional grades. Students with one provisional grade may continue to register for courses.
