This is a 14-month master of business administration (M.B.A.) program with a specialization in professional accounting. No previous business or accounting background is required for admission. The curriculum meets the requirements for the Uniform CPA examination. The program, offered on a full-time basis only, provides students with opportunities to participate in built-in winter internships with some of the largest public accounting firms in the country.

The M.B.A. in professional accounting program is specifically designed to train graduates holding degrees in the arts and sciences for careers in accounting. The first of its kind in the world, the program integrates management skills with accounting theory and practice. This 65-credit degree includes coursework, teamwork, computer work, case studies, and accounting research projects. Calculus and statistics may be required in this program if they were not completed at the undergraduate level.

The program begins in late May and concludes in mid-August of the following year.
